Day 1-Depart from Florence
Depart from Florence and travel to your overnight stop for lodging. Dinner is on your own this evening.
Day 2-Hudson Valley
Following Breakfast, check out and continue traveling to the histoic Hudson Valley Region, with lunch on your own upon arrival in Kingston. This afternoon you will enjoy a 2-hour Hudson River Narrated Sightseeing Cruise. Enjoy clear views of historic lighthouses, waterfront mansions, and other notable sites. Afterwards, you will check into your hotel and enjoy a delicious dinner.
Day 3-Hudson Valley
Meet your local guise to depart for the FDR National Historic Site in Hyde Park where you will enjoy a guided tour of Springwood, the home of President Franklin D. Roosevelt. This afternoon you will enjoy a wine tasting at a local winery. Later, visit the Walkway Over The Hudson for a breathtaking view from the worlds longest elevated pedestrian bridge. Afterwards, you will depart for The Culinary Institue of America for a cooking demonstration and dinner.
Day 4-Hudson Valley
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, the check out and depart for the West Point Military Academy. Upon arrival you will visit the gift shop and West Point Cadet Experience Exhibit and enjoy a 90 minuite tour of the Academy, a treasure of history since 1778. After your visit, travel to Hightland Falls for lunch on your own before continuing to your overnight stop for your last night's lodging.
Day 5-Hudson Valley-Florence, SC
After breakfast, depart for home with wonderful memories of your historic Hudson Valley vacation!
