Deposits are due immediately at the time of booking. Each tour requires a $75.00 deposit to hold your spot unless otherwise stated in tour information.
Each tour has a deadline for a final payment, you can find this on the trip flyer or under the specific tour on our website. All payments may be paid in increments of your choice to Florence County Parks & Recreation as long as the total amount is paid by the final payment deadline. You will not receive a payment reminder unless the due date passes without final payment being made.
We accept cash, check, or credit/debit cards. If you are writing a check, please make all checks payable to Florence County Parks and Recreation. We are able to take card payments over the phone, to make a payment please call (843) 656-2450.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance with each tour for an additional fee. Each tour flyer includes where travel insurance can be purchased for that specific tour. For more information on travel insurance please call our office at (843)-656-2450
Any cancellations for extended tours after the final payment deadline are
NON REFUNDABLE if travel insurance was not purchased. Please remember the reason for cancellation must meet the travel insurance criteria that was purchased by the traveler to receive a refund. Any cancellations for extended tours before the final payment deadline will be refunded to the traveler. In the event the tour is cancelled by Florence County Parks & Recreation, each traveler will receive a full refund.
Day trips that are $50 or less are NON-REFUNDABLE for any circumstance.
Any day trips in the amount of $50 or more will receive a 15% non-refundable cancellation fee. In the event the tour is canceled by Florence County Parks and Recreation, each traveler will receive a full refund.
Passports are required for any travel outside of the USA, including Canada. If you need help applying for a passport please call our office at (843) 656-2450.
